Healing Time
*The “Healing Time” painting was done by “Art By Christy”, www.artbychristy.com, a deaf New Orleans artist who painted this piece of art based on the lyrics of Healing Time and a conversation with Josh.
Josh Charles initially wrote the song “Healing Time” to capture the emotions of the people of New Orleans in their continuing struggle to rebuild their homes, their community, and their lives, inspire them to persevere, and to call people everywhere to assist in their efforts.

The Healing Time Foundation is dedicated to helping American cities in need through music and art to bring focus and generate resources for initiatives of recovery.
Recovery: Provide housing assistance and reconstruction. Provide financial, technical, and emotional support to people affected by the events of the last several years.
